مدل نوآوری پایدار برای کسبوکارهای کوچک و متوسط در بخش صنایع غذایی
نیاز روز افزون جامعه به غذا، کاهش منابع غذایی و عدم تعادل تغذیهای، آسیبهای زیستمحیطی در بخش صنایع غذایی، بحران کم آبی و تغییر شرایط آبوهوایی، نیاز فوری برای رسیدگی به پیامدهای عمده زیستمحیطی و حرکت به سوی توسعه پایدار در زنجیـره تامین مواد غذایی را ضروری میسازد. هدف اصلی این پژوهش طراحی مدل نوآوری پایدار برای کسب و کارهای کوچک و متوسط در بخش صنایع غذایی است. بدین منظور ابتـدا با مرور ادبیات پژوهش و انجام مصاحبه با متخصصان و مدیران حوزه صنایع غذایی کشور، مولفـههای موثر در شکلگیری نوآوری پایدار در سیستمهای تولیدی صنایع غذایی، شناسائی گردید. برای شناسائی و استخراج عوامل و متغیرها از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. در مرحله بعد، سطحبندی و تعیین روابط بین عوامل با بهرهگیری از مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری صورت گفت. نهایتا، برای تعیین وزن هر یک از عوامل از فرآیند تحلیل شبکهای بهره گرفته شد. نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که سیاستهای دولت، فشارهای اجتماعی سبز و فرهنگ سبز جامعه مهمترین عوامل در شکلگیری نوآوری پایدار میباشد. همچنین در مراحل نخستین توسعه، باید تمرکز بر تدوین استراتژی سبز شرکتها، تقویت قابلیتهای سازمانی و کسب مزیتهای اقتصادی برای بتگاهها باشد.

موانع نوآوری و اولویت بندی آن ها در کسب و کارهای خانوادگی کارآفرینان
نوآوری بهعنوان عامل کلیدی در رقابتپذیری کشـورها و بنگاهها شـناخته میشوداما بنگاهها در مسیر دستیابی به نوآوری با چالشها و موانعی مواجه هستند. هدف این مقاله شناسایی موانع نوآوری در کسبوکارهای خانوادگی و همچنین اولویتبندی عوامل شناساییشده در این نوع کسبوکارها است. پژوهش حاضر در دو مرحله انجام گرفته است. در مرحله اول برای شناسایی و طبقهبندی موانع نوآوری از روش نظریه داده بنیاد و در مرحله دوم برای اولویتبندی آنها از روش مقایسات زوجی استفاده شده است. مشارکت کنندگان منتخب در تحقیق حاضر، 11 نفر از کارآفرینان برتر و خبرگان استان گیلان است.نتایج تحلیل بیانگر آن است که موانع نوآوری به 6 مقوله شامل: موانع مالی، موانع بازاریابی، موانع مدیریتی، موانع نیروی انسانی، موانع دانشی و موانع محیطی دستهبندی شدند .موانع نیروی انسانی مهمترین نقش را در افزایش یا کاهش بهرهوری ایفا میکند که در پژوهش حاضر به عنوان مهم ترین موانع نوآوری شناخته شدند. نبود کارکنان ماهر و مقاومت کارکنان از مواردی هستند که کارآفرینان به آن اشاره کردند. با توجه به مرحله دوم پژوهش که اولویتبندی موانع نوآوری است، نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که عامل موانع نیروی انسانی بیشترین تأثیر و در دومین مرتبه، موانع محیطی تأثیر بسزایی بر سر راه کارآفرینان در کسب وکارهای خانوادگی ایجاد میکند. همچنین موانع بازاریابی، مدیریتی، مالی و دانشی به ترتیب از عوامل اثرگذار بر نوآوری شناسایی شدند.

شناسایی خطاهای شناختی مذاکرات کارآفرینانه با تمرکز بر پروژههای تأمین مالی جمعی
تأمین مالی جمعی، شکل نوینی از جمعآوری پولهای خرد برای پروژههای است که از هزاران سال تاکنون انجام آن در جهان مرسوم بوده است. و بشر با این ظرفیت آشنا بوده و توانسته به طرق مختلف از سرمایههای خرد در اشکال مختلف استفاده نماید. تأمین مالی جمعی باهدف گردآوری منابع مالی، برای سرمایهگذاری بر روی انواع مختلفی از پروژهها صورت میگیرد. در راستای مطالعات پیشین، در این پژوهش به شناسایی خطاهای شناختی مذاکرات کارآفرینانه با تمرکز بر پروژههای تأمین مالی جمعی، پرداختهشده است. برای صحهگذاری بر نتایج بهدستآمده درگذشته، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با 15نفراز خبرگان تأمین مالی جمعی در شهر تهران، که در تأمین مالی فعالیت داشتهاند، در مردادماه سال 1398 به مدت 2 ماه صورت گرفته است . روش نمونهگیری از نوع هدفمند قضاوتی و برای تحقق هدف از تحلیل محتوای کیفی استفادهشده است. طبق متون گذشته و مصاحبههای صورت گرفته خطاهای شناختی حاکم در مذاکرات کارآفرینانه در تأمین مالی جمعی شناسایی شدند که در دو دسته خطاهای شناختی ناشی از کارآفرین و سرمایهگذار و خطاهای شناختی ناشی از پروژه دستهبندی شدند. خطاهای ناشی از کارآفرین و سرمایه گذار عبارتنداز: خطای کلیشهای، هالهای و تشابه، فرافکنی و خطای جانب گرایی درونگروهی. خطای دوم مربوط به خطای ناشی از پروژه میباشد مانند خطای نوآوری گرایی، لنگر انداختن و سوگیری تأییدی که مورد شناسایی قرار گرفتند.

تحلیل ترکیب تیمهای کارآفرین در نوآفرینها با استفاده از روش فراترکیب
از آنجا که تیمهای کارآفرین یکی از ارکان اصلی موفقیت در نوآفرینها هستند، انجام تحلیلی جامع جهت شناخت عوامل ترکیب تیم کارآفرین برای کمک به شناخت ترکیب مناسب تیم ها دراکو سیستم نوآفرینی کشور لازم و ضروری به نظر میرسد. بنابراین این پژوهش با هدف ارائه تحلیلی جامع برای ترکیب تیمهای کارآفرین در نوآفرینها انجام شده است و با استفاده از مرورنظام مند و روش تحقیق کاربردی و توصیفی فراترکیب با استخراج 58 عنوان مقاله از پژوهشهای منتشر شده در پایگاههای مختلف علمی بین سالهای 1990 تا 2019 در زمینه ترکیب تیمهای کارآفرین در نوآفرینها، تحلیل جامعی برای ترکیب این تیمها ارائه داده است. نتایج این تحلیل شامل 4 مقوله اصلی، 10 مفهوم و 36 کد است که چهار مقوله اصلی عبارتست از: همگنی- ناهمگنی ویژگیهای اعضای تیم، ویژگیهای جمعی اعضای تیم، ساختار تیم و جابجایی اعضای تیم. نتایج این پژوهش دلالتهایی برای ذینفعان و فعالان اکوسیستم نوآفرینی در ایران به ویژه در زمینه ارزیابی تیمهای موفق توسط سرمایه گذاران خطرپذیر دارد. علاوه بر این تیمهای نوآفرین نیز میتوانند از یافتههای این پژوهش برای تشکیل ترکیب مناسب تیمهای خود استفاده کنند

تحلیل بنبستهای تنظیمگری کسبوکارهای پلتفرمی حمل و نقل در ایران با چارچوب ائتلاف مدافع
کسب وکارهای پلتفرمی با تخصیص بهینه منابع و کاهش هزینه مبادله از یک سو به ارتقای کارآیی اقتصادی کمک میکنند و در سویی دیگر به جهت تضاد منافع با بازیگران سنتی تعارض ایجاد کرده و نیازمند مقررات هستند. هر چند تعارض میان بازیگران اقتصادی با درک چرایی و چگونگی مقرراتگذاری در مبانی اقتصاد تنظیمی قابل فهم است، اما تبیین تعارض میان بازیگران تنظیمی چارچوبی متناسب را میطلبد. از اینرو در پژوهش حاضر تلاش شده است مبتنی بر چارچوب ائتلاف مدافع تحلیلی بر فرآیند مقرراتگذاری «کسبوکارهای پلتفرمی حمل و نقل در ایران» ارائه شود تا بتوان بنبستهای تنظیمی و راهحلهای بکاربسته در این فرآیند را شناسایی کرد. در این پژوهش کیفی، دادهها مبتنی بر راهبرد مطالعه موردی در بازه سالهای 1393 تا 1398 از فرآیند تنظیمگری «کسبوکارهای پلتفرمی حمل و نقل در ایران» از طریق مصاحبه هدفمند و مرور اسناد استخراج شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد فرآیند تنظیمگری کسبب و کارهای پلتفرمی با چهار بنبست مواجه بوده است که در هر یک میانجیهای متفاوتی برای خروج موثر واقع شدهاند. همچنین دو میانجی «شورای رقابت» و «هیات مقررات زدایی و تسهیل صدور مجوز کسب و کار» به ترتیب به عنوان مصادیقی از «تنظیمگری مبتنی بر اصول» و «تنظیمگری مبتنی بر قاعده» امکان تعمیم به دیگر موارد تنظیمگری کسب و کارهای نوین را دارا هستند.

بررسی اثر همزمان جهانی شدن با نوآوری بر پیچیدگی اقتصادی کشورهای منتخب جهان
پیچیدگی اقتصادی از عوامل اصلی رشد و توسعه اقتصادی است. از این رو بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر پیچیدگی اقتصادی یکی از مهمترین زمینههای مطالعاتی اقتصاددانان است. رویکرد پیچیدگی اقتصادی مبتنی بر این مفهوم است که محصولات تولید شده در اقتصاد معرف میزان دانش مولد مورد نیاز در تولیدات محصولاتشان هستند و با این فرض که کشورها محصولی را تولید نمی کنند مگر آنکه دانش و مهارت آن را داشته باشند، میزان انباشت دانش مولد نهفته در اقتصاد کشورها را محاسبه می کند. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثر شاخص جهانی شدن و نوآوری بر پیچیدگی است. برای این منظور از یک نمونه کشورهایی با شاخص بالای جهانی شدن طی دوره زمانی 2016-2008 با رهیافت پانل دیتا بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج مطالعه بیانگر آن است که جهانی شدن کل و نوآوری بر پیچیدگی اقتصادی دارای تاثیرمثبت و معنیدار است. همچنین متغیرهای شاخص حکمرانی خوب، سرمایه انسانی و شاخص توسعه مالی اثر مثبت و معنی دار و فراوانی منابع طبیعی دارای اثر منفی و غیر معنی دار در کشورهای مورد مطالعه است.
