تحلیلی از نظام نوآوری فناورانه در تولید زیستفرآوردهها (با تمرکز بر واکسنهای انسانی)
با توجه به اهمیت راهبردی زیستفناوری در اقتصاد دنیا، ایران نیز از دو دهه پیش برای ورود به این عرصه، سرمایهگذاری نموده و توفیقاتی را حاصل کرده است. این پژوهش در نظر دارد تا بر مبنای ابعاد و کارکردهای کلیدی معرفیشده به تحلیل تلاشهای کشور در حوزه زیستفناوری با تمرکز به تولید واکسنهای انسانی، همچنین کیفیت تکامل نظام نوآوری فناورانه در این مورد بپردازد. از اینرو اهمیت زیستفناوری و وضعیت بازار آن در دنیا بهاختصار، اشاره شده و سابقهای از تولید واکسن در کشور، مطرح گردیده است. پس از بیان الزامات ورود کشور به این عرصه، کارکردهای نظام نوآوری مربوط، توسط روش نگاشت تاریخی دادهها، بررسی و به نتایج و اثرات مترتب بر هر کارکرد، اشاره شده است. در پایان، وضعیت نظام نوآوری فناورانه کشور در تولید واکسن از نظر سازوکارهای مشوق و مسدودکننده، کارکردها و موضوعات سیاستی مربوط در قالب روش دلفی، شناسایی و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته و به منظور مهار 8 سازوکار محدودکننده و تحریک 3 سازوکار مشوق شناساییشده، 6 توصیه سیاستی ارائه شده است.

ارائه چارچوبی ترکیبی به منظور ارزیابی عملکرد توسعه خدمت جدید (مورد مطالعه: صنعت بهداشت و درمان)
وجود چارچوبی به منظور سنجش عملکرد توسعه خدمت جدید علاوه بر آنکه میتواند معیاری برای ارزیابی میزان موفقیت برنامههای توسعه خدمت جدید یک سازمان باشد، در شناسایی نقاط قوت و ضعف و برنامهریزی پروژههای بهبود بسیار مفید خواهد بود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه چارچوبی به منظور ارزیابی عملکرد توسعه خدمت جدید در صنعت بهداشت و درمان با بهرهگیری از رویکرد ترکیبی معادلات ساختاری تفسیری و روشهای تصمیمگیری چندشاخصه انجام شده است. شاخصهای احصاء شده، با کمک خبرگان در قالب مدل کارت امتیازی متوازن دستهبندی شده است. بدلیل وجود ارتباط داخلی میان معیارها، این مدل با استفاده از رویکرد مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری مورد ارزیابی قرارگرفته و در 5 سطح مختلف مدلسازی گردید. وزن هر شاخص با استفاده از روش فرآیند تحلیل شبکهای محاسبه شده است. در نهایت، عملکرد توسعه خدمت بیمارستان محبمهر بهعنوان مورد مطالعه، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که معیارهای ارزش برند و میزان جذبمشتریان بهعنوان مهمترین معیارهای ارزیابی عملکرد توسعه خدمت جدید انتخاب شدهاند. عملکرد توسعه خدمت جدید بیمارستان محبمهر در مجموع، 54 امتیاز از 100 امتیاز را کسب نموده است. بر این اساس میتوان بیان نمود که عملکرد توسعه خدمت این بیمارستان در سطح متوسط روبهبالا قرار دارد. در نهایت چارچوبی پیشنهاد گردیده است تا با کمک آن بیمارستان بتواند سیاستهای عملکردی خود را متناسب با امتیازهای کسب شده اصلاح نماید و اقدامات حوزه توسعه خدمات جدید خود را به نحوی اثربخش بهبود بخشد.

تاثیر ظرفیت جذب در اثربخشی فرآیند انتقال بینالمللی فنّاوری؛ بررسی قطعه سازهای حاضر در پروژه موتور ملی EF7
در عصر دانش و فناوری، مزیت رقابتی سازمانها بیش از آنکه وابسته به منابع فیزیکی باشد، به داراییهای دانشی و توانایی آنها در جذب دانش و فناوری خارجی وابسته است. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر ابعاد ظرفیت جذب در اثربخشی فرایند انتقال فناوری موتور ملی EF7 از طریق بررسی شرکتهای حاضر در آن پروژه میباشد.در این راستا 4 فرضیه ارائه و برای تحلیل مدل، از آزمونهای تحلیل واریانس و رگرسیون با استفاده از دادههای پنج شرکت قطعهسازی لاتون، واشر مشهد، شرکت STYM، پیستونسازی تبریز و فراصنعت شمال استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که ظرفیت جذب کلیه شرکتهای مورد مطالعه بهطور معناداری با اثربخشی انتقال فناوری مرتبط میباشد، بهطوریکه شرکتهایی که از ظرفیت جذب بالاتری قبل از آغاز پروژه طراحی موتور ملی EF7 برخوردار بودند، به سطح بالاتری از توانمندیها پس از اتمام پروژه یادشده دست یافتند.

آسیب شناسی روش های انتقال فنّاوری در صنعت مواد غذائی و آشامیدنی با بکارگیری الگوی CIPP
صنایع مواد غذایی و آشامیدنی از جمله مهمترین گروههای صنعتی هستند که در توسعه اقتصادی کشورها بهویژه کشورهای درحالتوسعه نقش کارآمدی ایفا میکنند. علت اصلی بروز سهم عمدهای از مشکلات صنایع مواد غذایی و آشامیدنی ایران، وجود ضعفهایی در مقوله انتقال فناوری در صنعت یادشده است. ازاینرو در پژوهش حاضر، به آسیبشناسی روشهای انتقال فناوری در صنعت مواد غذایی و آشامیدنی ایران با بهکارگیری الگوی CIPP پرداخته شده است. از روش تصمیمگیری چندمعیاره ترکیبی BWM و الکتره در بخش درونداد الگوی CIPP با هدف تعیین اهمیت معیارهای شناسایی شده و رتبهبندی روشهای انتقال فناوری استفاده گردید. با توجه به تجزیهوتحلیل نتایج حاصل از پیادهسازی الگوی CIPP و مشاهده عدم تطابق در بهرهگیری از روشهای کارای انتقال فناوری، عارضهیابی و معرفی آسیبها، روشها و راهکارهای پیشنهادی برای رفع موانع و محدودیتهای انتقال فناوری مبتنی بر نظرات خبرگان صنعت ارائه شده است. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که صنایع مواد غذایی و آشامیدنی کشورمان برخلاف برخی صنایع دیگر، توانایی سرمایهگذاری در انتقال فناوری به شیوههای توسعه درونزا را ندارند. برخی از مهمترین راهکارهای معرفیشده توسط خبرگان در راستای انتخاب روش مناسب انتقال فناوری عبارت است از مدیریت ارتباط مؤثر با شرکتهای واسطه، بهرهگیری از مدیران متخصص حوزه مدیریت فناوری و در نظر گرفتن عوامل بومی تأثیرگذار در صنعت تحت بررسی. راهکارهای پیشنهادی برای هر یک از روشها نیز بهتفصیل ارائه گردیده است.

مسائل کارگزاری در سرمایهگذاری خطرپذیر و راهکارهای رفع آنها در مراحل مختلف رشد شرکتهای نوآور در ایران
هدف از این پژوهش ارائه راهکارهای عملی در قراردادهای سرمایهگذاری خطرپذیر با توجه به مرحله رشد شرکتهای نوآور است. در سرمایهگذاری خطرپذیر، چالشهای مختلفی به علت عدمتقارن اطلاعاتی و عدمهمسویی منافع میان سرمایهگذار و کارآفرینان رخ میدهد که در چارچوب نظریه کارگزاری بررسی میشود و ابزارهای گوناگون کنترلی و انگیزشی را پیشنهاد مینماید. اما عاملی که بر اتخاذ راهبردهای متناسب هر کسبوکار تاثیر میگذارد، میزان رشدیافتگی آن است، زیرا در هر یک از این مراحل، نیازها و ویژگیهای شرکت تغییر مییابد و در نتیجه چالشهای میان آنها نیز متفاوت خواهد بود. در این مطالعه، با استفاده از روش نظریه دادهبنیاد، راهکارهای مورد استفاده سرمایهگذاران از طریق مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته و گردآوری اطلاعات واقعی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. تحلیل دادهها از طریق کدگذاری و شناسایی ارتباط میان مقولات مختلف، نشان میدهد با تغییر در مولفههای توسعه کسبوکار، مهارتهای کارآفرین و نوع ریسک در مراحل مختلف رشد، رویکرد سرمایهگذاری نیز تغییر میکند. در عین حال، تاثیر عوامل محیطی بر فضای حاکم بر کسبوکار اعم از بازار تامین مالی و نقش مستقیم دولت در آن، ضعفهای قانونی و زیرساختهای فرهنگی نیز بر تنظیم رویکرد قرارداد تاثیر میگذارد.

بررسی چرایی عدم پذیرش فناوری آبیاری قطرهای توسط کشاورزان در شهرستان سلماس
با توجه به کمآبی فزاینده در دنیا، لازم است روشهای کشاورزی به منظور افزایش بهرهوری اصلاح شود. با این حال به نظر میرسد در مناطقی که با معضل کمآبی دستوپنجه نرم میکنند، مشکلاتی وجود دارد که مانع از پذیرش فناوریهای نوین توسط کشاورزان میشود. برای بررسی این مشکل، فناوری آبیاری قطرهای در شهرستان سلماس از منطقهی دریاچهی ارومیه مورد واکاوی قرار گرفته است.
یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد که ناآگاهی، ذهنیت دولتی، خوانش عدم صرفهی اقتصادی، سیاستگذاری و پیادهسازی نامناسب دولت، بیاعتمادی به دولت، خوانش ناکارآیی فناوری، تجربهی ناموفق همکاران، عدم رغبت به پیشقدمی و عدم احساس مسئولیت اجتماعی در قبال مصرف صیانتی دلایل عام عدم پذیرش فناوری آبیاری قطرهای بین کشاورزان سلماس است. همچنین برای مناطق شرق سلماس، ناهماهنگی ارگانهای دولتی یکی از دلایل تأثیرگذار تلقی میشود. مردم جنوب سلماس دارای احساس ناامنی ناشی از اختلاط قومیاند و مردم غرب سلماس به دلیل احساس نیاز کمتر، تمایل به حفظ زیبایی و دستنخوردگی طبیعی زمین دارند و علاقهای به استفاده از آبیاری قطرهای ندارند.
