توسعه صنایع با فناوری سطح بالای ایران، تأمین مالی (سرمایه‎گذاری) و عوامل نهادی غیررسمی

چکیده

در سال‌های اخیر شرکت‌های با فناوری سطح بالا و محصولاتشان، نقش‌های بیشتر و مهمتری در توسعه اقتصاد کشورهای مختلف داشته‌اند و به همین دلیل صنایع با فناوری سطح بالا از جایگاه ویژه‎ای برخوردار شده است. تحقیـق حاضـر در چارچوب نهادگرایی، به بررسی تاثیر عوامل و مولفه‎های نهادهای غیر رسمی ‎(فرهنگ) سرمایه‎گذاری بر توان تامین مالی این صنایع و افزایش سرمایه‎گذاری (از عوامل اصلی) در روند توسعه صنایع با فناوری سطح بالای کشور و ارتقاء تولید ناخالص داخلی کشور پرداخته است.
برای استخراج و سنجش عوامل نهادی موثر بر تصمیمات سرمایه‎گذاری در صنایع با فناوری سطح بالا با بهره‎گیری از روش ترکیبی پس از مطالعه ادبیات و اسناد و انجام مصاحبه با خبرگان مقوله‎بندی عوامل 22گانه فرهنگی در سه مقوله ارزش‌ها و نگرش‎ها، فضا و امکانات، و رفتارها از طریق ابزار پرسشنامه انجام شد. مدل معادلات ساختاری یا تحلیل چند متغیری با متغیرهای مکنون برای آزمون فرضیه ‏های تحقیق استفاده شد. این تحلیل‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار PLS انجام شد. مشخص شد رابطه بین تامین مالی یا سرمایه‎گذاری در این صنایع و مقوله‌های سه‎گانه فرهنگی، و همچنین رابطه بین گویه‎ها و مقوله‌های سه‎گانه موثر بر سرمایه‎گذاری معنی‎دار است. در نتیجه بدون توجه و سیاست‎گذاری برای رفع (یا تقویت) عوامل نهادی شناسایی شده 22گانه برای تأمین مالی توسعه صنایع مذکور، منابع سرمایه‎ای کارآمد تامین نخواهد شد.

چکیده [English]

This study institutional framework, focusing on the impact of informal institutions on the financing these industries and increase investment culture (main factors) in the development of high-tech industries and upgrade the country's gross domestic product interior country.
space and facilities, and the treatment was conducted through a questionnaire. Structural equation modeling or multivariate analysis with latent variables were used to test the hypotheses. The analysis was performed using PLS software. The relationship between finance or invest in these industries and categories of cultural trilogy, as well as the relationship between the items and issues affecting triple investment is significant. As a result, regardless of the policy to meet (or strengthen) institutional factors identified 22 districts to finance the development of those industries, capital resources will be adequate supply.
