Regarding the essential role of energy in the development and international competition on energy resources, policymaking for the energy sector technologies is remarkably vital. On the other hand, the first step to technology policymaking is determining the barriers and problems of technology development and then implementing adequate policies. On this basis, this paper aims at providing a model for technology development analysis based on the technological innovation system approach. Compared to other approaches, the causal layered analysis provides a more concise and deeper analysis and consequently more effective policies and also delineates the correlations between different problems. At first, based on the conceptual model of the research, technological innovation system problems were extracted and divided into five categories of functional, structural, contextual, discursive, and visionary problems. Afterward, the intensity of each problem along with the correlations was determined. While the results of the most previous studies suggest the structural and functional problems to be dissolved, the results here reveal the noticeable effect of contextual, discursive, and visionary problems. In the end, some policy suggestions are provided by the authors to address these macro problems.

The main successful keys of product development is risk management, and time- investing and cost in the early stages, so that we don't have to make costly changes in the future. and. Therefore, this paper aims identify and modeling the Effective factors in designing process of complex aerospace products , This paper intends for practical purpose and for methodological, is a mixed approach , In the quantitative section whit interviews and fuzzy Delphi surveys of system managers and engineers, these factors identified in the process of development complex aerospace products. , the causal relations of these factors were analyzed using the fuzzy DEMATEL approach In the qualitative section. The findings and results shows the, identifying and classifying the complex product development process risks in six main categories and 32 risk drivers and also attributes of complex aerospace products in nine categories, and the characteristics of the complex aerospace product development process in three categories. The determining of system engineering as the characteristic of complex product development process is new findings of this paper. Finally, a causal framework provides theoretical relations between these factors. It can be argued that, in addition to taking into account key factors, it also illustrates the hypothesis or theoretical relations between the hypotheses.

Todays, developing of information and communication infrastructures has led the outbound capability usage as one of the strengths of companies in the competitive market. The use of outbound capabilities raises problems in transparency of intellectual property of thepresented ideas. At this paer we aimed to develop a model for the intellectual property of ideas with respect to the features of the innovation process. The main purpose of this model is to provide a suitable decision-making platform for determining the type of organization’s productivity and outbound individuals from the results of the open innovation process. By the aid of this model, the most appropriate type of intellectual property model is proposed to organizations. By using experts’ interview and benefiting the theme analysis process, 6 types of spiritual property models were extracted along with 11 features of the open innovation process. The results show that the brand of the organization, the closure of the innovation space, the high level of participation of the participants and the low level of maturity of the received knowledge are among the factors that enable the organization to take intellectual property of the received knowledge. A significant reduction in organizational costs, short product life cycle, and low degree of complexity in implementing the idea reduce the organization's ability to take intellectual ownership of the received knowledge.

Small firms in the mobile application industry, a subsidiary of the software industry, can play a significant role in the economy of the country. Despite the technological capabilities, they are not successful in commercializing their products and earn adequate money. The purpose of this study is to identify the conceptual model of commercialization in these firms. In this study, by studying 12 firms, some successful and some unsuccessful, in an extended-multi case study the concepts required for commercialization including the dimensions of activities, drivers, internal and external capacities, and performance of the commercialization, and their relationship were discovered and the final conceptual model was presented. Then, in addition, to survey this model through questionnaires from interviewers, the developed conceptual model was tested on four cases. Identifying the internal and external capacities, attention to the portfolio of commercialization projects, and to emphasize on changing the commercialization paths based on the new opportunities or challenges and problems, are the main contributions of this study.

Due to the limited financing methods of a Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SME), choosing the financing method of this type of enterprises is very important for providing liquidity and profitability, so this research presents a model of financing a small and medium manufacturing enterprises based on factoring. The accounts receivable are based on the company's financial and physical flows with the supply chain components, including the bank and the buyers of its products. In this study, in contrast to traditional financing methods that have been considered without considering the company's position in the supply chain, an attempt has been made to develop a mathematical planning model for financing a small and medium manufacturing enterprise in the supply chain by considering both physical and financial dimensions. And be presented in the context of a holistic and systematic approach. In this research, based on the development-applied approach, the model is presented and in order to solve it, goal programming is used and to cover the uncertainty conditions, interval planning is used. The results of the research show that the financing method is superior to the traditional loan-based financing method in terms of generating profit and achieving the desired liquidity.

Nowadays, financial technology companies (fintechs) are trying to provide new banking services to meet the needs of their clients, so banks are trying to interact with these companies. The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting banks' interaction with fintechs using sequential heuristic method. For this purpose the data were collected in two stages. In the qualitative section, data were collected and then coded through interviews with 11 bank managers and financial technology service providers selected as targeted judging samples, and four categories of factors including stakeholder characteristics, environmental factors, organizational factors and financial factors. Were identified. Then, in a quantitative step, in a descriptive survey method, based on the findings of the qualitative stage, a design questionnaire and after measuring the validity and reliability between 83 bank managers and financial technology service providers using Cochran's formula and stratified random sampling O selected, distributed, Nonparametric and Friedman tests have been used to examine the factors and rank them. The results show that all identified factors have a favorable effect on this relationship. Also, the characteristics of the highest ranking stakeholders and environmental factors, financial factors and organizational factors are in the next ranks, respectively
