Public Participation in Social Innovation
Social innovations in response to solving social problems and needs are new and innovative solutions that are more effective, more efficient, or even fairer than previous ones. Charities and NGOs are just one of the actors of social innovation. The nature of their innovations is altruistic. These innovation need to more public participation to be success. Successful engagemnt of people in social innovations depends on how and why people participate in these event. In this regard, the present study has examined the sociology, psychology and social biology in the field of altruism, as well as interviewing by the experts with participation in the good and innovative charities, using the method of thematic analysis to identify the dimensions of public participation in social innovation. In the end, the main dimentions of public participation were introduced in social innovation, awareness-raising, strengthening the identity and social cohesion of the community, facilitating and attracting voluntary participation, learning and enhancing skills, building trust and improving interaction and communicating between main actors as the main dimensions of public participation.

Identification of the main actors and key roles of the startups innovation ecosystem: A Case Study in Hamedan Province
Innovation in its most advanced generation takes place through widespread economic and social interactions, with the metamorphosis of knowledge, resources, and products among entities with characteristics of life, growth, evolution, and competition. These specifications represent an arrangement that is better understood and governed in the concept of ecosystem. Particularly when researchers want to study startups who are context dependent mini-organisms. This paper investigates startups innovation ecosystem to identify its main players and key roles. To this end, a systematic literature review of articles from the year 2008 to 2018 was conducted. Findings show that universities, incubators, companies, financials suppliers, accelerators and science and technology parks are the main actors. Furthermore, contextualization, midwifery, support, coaching and orchestration have been identified as key roles. Finally, the key roles have been surveyed and validated based on startups innovation capability in Hamedan province.

Developing the Technological Innovation System of Radiopharmaceuticals in Iran with an Emphasis on Transnational
Dimensions
In recent years, the radiopharmaceutical technology has made significant progress despite the sanctions imposed on the international community against Iranian nuclear activities. In this study, we want to find out what stage of development is the technological innovation system of radiopharmaceutical, taking into account the transnational dimension. This problem is identified using the "event history analysis" and "encoding of semi-structured interviews" to identify the stage of development and the system innovation motor in the present situation and considering the transnational dimension. We found that in the current situation, the “system building motor” loops are formed, but with regard to the experts feedback it can be seen that the characteristics of the system in the system building motor are not entirely consistent with the current state. Therefore, the incomplete formation of the system building motor has been accepted and, accordingly, we identified the threshold of the take off phase as the stage of the system development. By adding the transnational dimension and based on the results of second section, it can be seen that the radiopharmaceutical technological innovation system will have a complete ascent to the system building motor and take off phase.

An investigation of the challenges of industry-university cooperation: A case of Tehran’s Power Distribution Company
Although Industry-university cooperation has a long history, it has not a desirable status, in particular in under development and developing countries. In the literature, there are several studies focused on investigating the challenges of industry-university cooperation but there is a scant research to scrutinize the interrelationships among the challenges and “how to” solutions for overcoming them. Therefore, this paper has two contributions to fill in the literature gaps. First, it summarizes various variables and parameters influencing the industry-university cooperation in a conceptual framework. Second, this study proposes an integrative framework by using fuzzy Delphi method (FDM) anf interpretive structural modeling (ISM). In order to validate the proposed frameworks, they was employed in a real case study of Tehran’s Power Distribution Company. Findings show that the root challenge of the university-industry cooperation in power industry is the beurucratic processes of university-related projects in the company and it leads to other challenges such as low motivation of researchers to cooperation with industry. The Impact of Social Capital on the Development of First and Second-order Technological Competencies in the Inter-Organizational Collaboration
Due to the great acceleration of technological changes in the present era, a great number of organizations have found that it is impossible to achieve technological competencies alone, without any collaboration with other organizations. Social capital is a factor that helps any organization to increase its competencies using strategic alliances. With a knowledge-based view on strategic alliances, the present paper examined the impact of social capital on the development of first and second-order technological competencies in the inter-organizational collaboration. Results confirmed the relationships of social capital dimensions and increased first and second-order technological competencies in the inter-organizational collaboration, but the impact of some dimensions of social capital was not equal on increasing the first and second-order competencies in the collaboration.

5G penetration rate forecast in Iran
In this paper, various analytical methods of 5G technology penetration rate is investigated and then 5G penetration rate is calculated for Iran based on Pareto method. The 5G technology penetration rate is important to predict the time and the way to migrate to the 5G network. It is assumed that the 5G technology penetration rate in the first year of the launch based on the Pareto method depends on the 4G penetration rate in the same year. The 5G technology penetration rate in Iran in the first year of the launch is predicted to be about 0.95% based on the Pareto method. The number of 5G unique subscribers in the years after the launch is also forecasted from the number of 4G technology unique subscribers which is predicated by the Gompertz method. The best time for the widespread investment of the operator in the 5G is 2025. It is also estimated that the best time to replace 5G technology with 4G is 2029.
