بررسی نقش نهادهای میانجی نوآوری فناورانه در ایجاد رابطه مدیریت منابع انسانی و عملکرد شرکت (مورد مطالعه: پژوهشگران حوزه نانوفناوری)
در سال های اخیر رابطه بین مدیریت منابع انسانی و عملکرد شرکت، توجه بسیاری از پژوهشگران در حوزه منابع انسانی و نوآوری را به خود جلب کرده است. منابع انسانی به عنوان سرمایه اساسی سازمان ها در کنار سایر منابع، مطرح و در حقیقت رکن اساسی هر سازمان در برآورده ساختن راهبرد ها و دستیابی به اهداف می باشد. در این مقاله سعی شده است نقش مدیریت منابع انسانی در نوآوری فناورانه سازمان نشان داده شود و تاثیر مولفه های مختلف نظام مدیریت منابع انسانی بر نوآوری فناورانه در میان پژوهشگران فعال در صنعت نانو مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. بر همین اساس، با پیمایشی که در بین شرکت ها و متخصصان نانوفناوری انجام شد، 5 گروه عوامل تاثیر گذار بر نوآوری فناورانه شرکت و در نهایت عملکرد شرکت مشخص شد. این 5 دسته عبارت بودند از انگیزه های مادی، انگیزه های غیر مادی، آموزش نیروی انسانی، ارزیابی و کنترل فرآیند و ارزیابی و کنترل خروجی. سپس با استفاده از آزمون های فرض آماری، ارتباط بین این عوامل 5گانه و نوآوری فناورانه سنجیده شد. نتایج منجر به تایید همه فرضیات مدل به جز تاثیر انگیزه های مادی بر نوآوری فناورانه در میان پژوهشگران حوزه نانوفناوری شد. یکی از نتایج مهم این تحقیق این است که کنترل خروجی تاثیر منفی بر نوآوری فناورانه داشته در صورتی که کنترل فرآیند تاثیر مثبتی بر آن دارد. نوآوری فناورانه نیز اثر نسبت خوبی بر عملکرد سازمانی دارد.

تاثیر هماهنگی راهبردهای فناوری و بنگاه بر عملکرد بنگاه ها
براساس منابع مدیریت و به ویژه منابع مدیریت فناوری، موفقیت بنگاه ها به هماهنگی (یکپارچگی) راهبرد فناوری با راهبردهای بنگاه و کسب و کار بستگی دارد. اما سوالی که مطرح می شود این است که این هماهنگی چگونه برقرار می شود؟ بر اساس نظریه نقاط مرجع راهبردی، سازمان ها می توانند نقاط مرجعی را برای هماهنگی انتخاب کنند و عناصر و سیستم های خود را با آن هماهنگ نمایند. با توجه به این نظریه، در صورتی که راهبردها براساس نقاط مرجع راهبردی یکسانی طراحی و اجرا شوند می توان انتظار داشت که با یکدیگر هماهنگ باشند. در این تحقیق میزان کنترل موجود در بنگاه و میزان توجه بنگاه به محیط بیرون به عنوان نقاط مرجع راهبردی انتخاب شدند و این فرضیه مطرح گردید که هماهنگی راهبردهای فناوری و بنگاه حول این نقاط مرجع می تواند به عملکرد بالاتر بنگاه منجر شود. این فرضیه از طریق پیمایش در 78 بنگاه صنعتی مورد بررسی قرارگرفت و مشخص شد که انواع خاصی از هماهنگی بین راهبرد فناوری و راهبرد بنگاه با عملکرد بالاتری همراه است.

بررسی و مطالعه ارتباط قابلیت های هوش هیجانی با کارآفرینی سازمانی؛ مطالعه موردی صنعت خودروی های تجاری در ایران
تغییرات سریع، رقابت فزاینده، کاهش طول عمر محصولات و سرعت زیاد پیشرفت فناوری از ویژگی های غیر قابل اجتناب محیط کسب و کار کنونی است. وجود افراد خلاق، نوآور و کار آفرین از الزامات اساسی تداوم حیات سازمان ها می باشد. این پژوهش به منظور بررسی تاثیر ابعاد هوش هیجانی کارکنان در دو بعد شایستگی هایی فردی (خودآگاهی، خودانگیزشی، خود تنظیمی) و شایستگی های اجتماعی ( آگاهی اجتماعی، مهارت های اجتماعی) برمیزان کارآفرینی سازمانی انجام شده است. در این مقاله، کارآفرینی سازمانی به عنوان متغیر وابسته و ابعاد هوش هیجانی کارکنان سازمان، به عنوان متغیر مستقل درنظر گرفته شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق صنعت تولید خودروهای تجاری و باری در ایران می باشد. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی است. برای سنجش هوش هیجانی کارکنان و مدیران، از پرسشنامه استاندارد افزلور و ماینورس استفاده گردید و برای سنجش کارآفرینی سازمانی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. روایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظر خبرگان و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ تعیین شد. داده ها با استفاده از روش های آماری ماتریس همبستگی اسپیرمن و آزمون فریدمن و روش رگرسیون گام به گام، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل رابطه ای مثبت و معنی دار میان هوش هیجانی کارکنان و کارآفرینی سازمانی را نشان داد. برای سنجش برازش کلی مدل تحقیق از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده گردید.

فناوری های صنعت هوایی از منظر پارادایم های جامعه شناختی
مطالعه حاضر، یک مطالعه میان رشتهای است و درصدد شناسایی مبانی جامعه شناختی فناوری های هوایی بر اساس چهار پارادایم جامعه شناختی کارکردگرایی، تفسیرگرایی، انسان گرایی و ساختارگرایی است. در این تحقیق به این منظور ابتدا فهرستی از فناوری های اصلی صنعت هوایی تهیه گردید. سپس با تلفیق معیارهای فناورانه از ماتریس فناوری پرو[i]و معیارهای فلسفی و جامعه شناختی از ماتریس پارادایم های چهارگانه بورل و مورگان، یک چارچوب مفهومی برای طبقه بندی فناوری های هوایی در یک ماتریس دو در دو از سه منظر فلسفی، جامعه شناختی و فناورانه ارائه شد. در ادامه از طریق یک پرسشنامه و جمع آوری نمونه ها از سوی 15 نفر از خبرگان فناوری صنعت هوایی، جایگاه هر یک از فناوری های اصلی صنعت هوایی در هر یک از چهارخانه ماتریس، شناسایی شد و با لحاظ نمودن ابعاد جامعه شناختی و فلسفی و همچنین فناورانه، چهار دسته فناوری شناسایی گردید که عبارتند از : فناوری های کارکردگرا، فناوری های تفسیری، فناوری های انسان گرا و فناوری های ساختار گرا. در نهایت با در نظر گرفتن ماتریس توسعه فناوری هوایی (ابعاد جذابیت و توانمندی)، توصیه هایی در حوزه مدیریت برای هر یک از فناوری های هوایی که دارای جذابیت بالا هستند ارائه شد. لازم به ذکر است که این تحقیق درصدد گشودن پرتوهای جدید در حوزه فناوری از منظر جامعه شناختی و مبانی پارادایمی است.

الگویی برای تصمیمات برون سپاری تولید در یک سازمان دولتی
سازمان های دولتی برای تحقق اهداف و ماموریت های خود باید از سازمان های لخت به سمت سازمان های چابک حرکت کنند. بر مبنای اصل 44، یکی از سیاست های اصلی سازمان های دولتی در راستای چابک سازی، تمرکز بر ماموریت های اصلی و برون سپاری فناوری ها و فعالیت ها با استفاده از ظرفیت های تحقیقاتی و صنعتی کشور می باشد. بنابراین، یکی از مسایلی که همواره پیش روی سازمان های دولتی است، مساله ی تصمیم گیری در خصوص برون سپاری می باشد، در این مقاله ضمن بررسی روند تصمیمات برون سپاری، مدلی برای تصمیم گیری در خصوص برون سپاری و یا ساخت، با رویکرد تحلیل سلسله مراتبی به کمک نرمافزارExpert choice ارائه می گردد. فرایند تصمیم گیری در این مدل بدین ترتیب است که ابتدا برون سپاری در سطح سامانه مورد بررسی می شود و این کار تا سطح اجزای سامانه ادامه پیدا می کند. تصمیم گیری در سه مرحله صورت می گیرد. در مرحله اول براساس معیارهای اهمیت راهبردی، حفظ دانش فنی و امنیت اطلاعات، تصمیم تولید در هسته و یا شبکه اتخاذ می گردد. در مرحله دوم تصمیم در خصوص تولید در شبکه داخلی و شبکه بیرونی مبتنی بر معیارهای کیفیت، قیمت و تحویل دهی صورت می گیرد . در مرحله سوم، تصمیم گیری نهایی بر اساس ظرفیت صورت می گیرد. این مدل بر روی یک سامانه واقعی در یک سازمان دولتی اجرا شد. نتایج تصمیم حاصل از مدل مورد توافق خبرگان و تصمیم گیرندگان بود.

شناسایی و رتبه بندی عوامل انگیزشی موثر بر اشتراک دانش در یک سازمان پژوهشی-صنعتی
در محیط رقابتی دنیای امروز، کسب مزیت رقابتی یکی از چالش های اساسی مدیران است. منابع انسانی به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین منابع جهت ایجاد مزیت رقابتی شناخته می شود و کارکنانی که از منبع دانش بهره لازم را برده باشند دارای ارزش بیشتری در سازمان هستند. اهمیت بیشتر سازمان به دانشکاران، موجب به کارگیری راهبرد حفظ دانش توسط آنها می شود. محققان دریافته اند که آنچه به ایجاد مزیت رقابتی منجر می شود، دانش کارکنان و به اشتراک گذاری آن با دیگران است. تلاش مدیران جهت اشتراک دانش کارکنان از یک سو و به کارگیری راهبرد حفظ دانش توسط کارکنان از سوی دیگر، باعث ایجاد دو رویکرد متفاوت بین منابع انسانی سازمان و مدیران در احتکار یا اشتراک دانش شده است. راه حل پیشنهادی این مقاله برای همسوسازی این دو رویکرد متفاوت، به کارگیری عواملی است که موجب شود منابع انسانی به صورت داوطلبانه دانش خود را در اختیار دیگران قرار دهند. در این تحقیق انگیزه ها به عنوان عواملی معرفی می گردند که باعث می شوند منابع انسانی از روی تمایل دانش خود را در اختیار دیگران قراردهند. پس از بررسی تحقیقات پیشین و نظریه های مختلف انگیزشی، با استفاده از پرسشنامه و به شیوه پیمایشی، عوامل انگیزشی موثر بر اشتراک دانش در یک سازمان پژوهشی-صنعتی در شهر تهران شناسایی شده و با استفاده از آزمون فریدمن رتبه بندی گردیدند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که برای اشتراک دانش، عوامل انگیزشی درونی نسبت به عوامل انگیزشی بیرونی از اولویت بالاتری نزد کارکنان برخوردار بوده و عوامل انگیزشی "ارتباط دوستانه و صمیمی" و "ترفیع شغلی" به ترتیب به عنوان مهم ترین عوامل انگیزشی درونی و بیرونی موثر بر اشتراک دانش شناخته شدند.
