Organizational resilience (OR) is an organizational behavior for answering crisis and challenges. It redirects the organization to use opportunities and innovation, with the results improvement and coherence of the performance. Since the resilience creates framework with adaptive or proactive environmental approach, with the aim of understanding the relationship between organizational resilience strategy and the characteristics of Iran's business environment the current study has tried to answer the question: “How to increase the overall level of OR that moderate environmental effects on Iranian business?” This research is applied in terms of purpose. The research method has used the qualitative grounded theory (Glaisarian approach) with deep targeted interviews. The results of 10 established entrepreneur’s interviews, who have had resilient experience in their work & 2 entrepreneurship researchers, who have had business mentorship experience have shown proactive pattern is selected by the interaction of three resilience stream (Cognitive Resilience, Affective-Value Resilience & Behavior Resilience) in IRAN’s business environment. In This pattern, access to success, opportunity, organizational structure, information and learning is different with adoptive approach. Finally, it is recommended that policy makers reform business model rebuilding and recreation by choosing the appropriate pattern of OR.

The debate of commercialization of scientific research is all of arguments, theories and ideas written in defending or rejecting this contemporary phenomenon in management of science and technology. A review of this debate in Iran and the world shows that most scholars has assumed the space of scientific research to be similar and homogeneous; allowing one general rule to all kind of researches. In this paper, we show their presupposition is not correct. The space of scientific research is heterogeneous and the kinds of scientific researches can be drawn in a spectrum from fundamental to applied. The economic characteristics of science such as excludability, rivalry, indeterminacy and divisibility change by moving on this spectrum. We formulate one possible answer to the debate of commercialization of scientific researches, by using the achieved comments, spectral look at science and changing economic characteristics. The using method is philosophical-theoretical analysis. The analyses in this paper show that although the government should entrust financing of a part of scientific researches to the invisible hand of market, it must intervene in the spectrum of fundamental and compensate for market failure.

Yazd Science and Technology Park has always sought to improve its systems and structures to create, grow, and survive the technology-based firms (TBFs) as its main mission. Meanwhile, one of the necessities of the park is to improve the entrance, exit, and help to develop the technology of TBFs. This necessity has become more important due to the increasing speed of technological changes in the world and the distance between the environment technology level and TBFs technology level. In this regard, Yazd Park seeks to investigate the structure of technological change in TBFs to determine its effectiveness and achieve system improvement. Therefore, this paper is designed to understand the dynamics of technology level changes in TBFs in Yazd Science and Technology Park. The study of this dynamics was carried out using the system dynamics, which simulated the model, showed that technology monitoring not only does not reduce the technology gap but also increases it by increasing the exit rate of companies. The model also showed that the presence of strong international communications coupled with technology monitoring reduces the technology gap through fundamental innovation.

In recent years, solving problems through crowdsourcing is one of the approaches that has been considered by many organizations. The purpose of this study is to present a model in order to CS in the case of complex organizations with many components, by considering the fractal rules. The present study is quantitative, practical, cross -sectional and type of exploratory research.
The statistical population of this study is managers and employees of active businesses in the field of CS in Iran, with the help of purposeful sampling (judgment) were selected seven people as a sample. The data collection tool is a closed questionnaire (with apparent validity and content based on the opinions of experts; Credit coefficient with Cronbach”s alpha method is acceptable at 0.715 and acceptable overall sensitivity is 0.950), in order to prioritize the components against the Indicators of the RIAM method, then from the FFLM to provide the model, and also in order to re-validate The internal relations of the level focal model, The methods of relationship provider(model); Finally in order to determine the type of connection of the model components at this level, a partial ranking method was used with the help of excel and Matlab (R2018 a) software.
The findings show that the fractal CS model has eight priority clusters to create at least zero efficiency. New product development is a key issue in the life cycle of firms as well as an important factor in retaining market share in today's dynamic environment. The food industry has a good potential for the new product development due to the nature of its production, on the basis of basic human needs and high demand in the market. This study aims at identifying key activities of the new product development process and determining the challenging and normal activities among to provide a better use of these processes in Iran's food industry by studying Food companies in Tehran province between 1397 and 1398. First, activities related to the new product development process in the literature were gathered, after approval of experts, were distributed in a sample of food industry innovation experts to identify activities of product development. Then, selected activities were distributed by a questionnaire in research statistical population which led to 94 filled questionnaires from 114 companies surveyed. Research results indicate that the companies' interaction-related activities with the supply network, identification of rules and regulations, analyzing the value creation from ideas, capability of market research and marketing and accurate design and product engineering are among the most common challenges of developing new products which calls for more attention of food companies to these activities.

Startup valuation in venture capital investment has been a complex and important issue in negotiations between entrepreneurs and venture capitalists due to the high degree of uncertainty about their future. Considering the uncertainty in the first round of financing as well as the flexibility available to venture capitalists in the previous (abandon option) and the subsequent (expand option) stages of product commercialization in this research, we present a new approach to determining the value of startup companies. Due to the lack of an analytical solution for the developed approach, the numerical method of least squares Monte-Carlo simulation (Longstaff-Schwartz) was used to solve it. Comparing the result of the model with the results of three other scenarios confirms the role and importance of the aforementioned flexibilities in the making of a venture investment decision. Finally, there were suggestions for developing an approach under competitive interactions or developing it for other stages of investment.
