[English]

The design and development of complex aerospace products requires several different partners. Partners need to have different capabilities to work together so that the partnership is not compromised. Therefore, recognizing the dimensions and measuring the ability to design and develop a joint product is a problem for companies and their managers to adopt a suitable strategy for partnership. This study aims to provide a model for measuring the ability to design and develop a new joint product by examining different backgrounds, the dimensions of joint efforts including "resource sharing", "joint planning", "problem solving and joint performance evaluation" and "cultural capability" "Partnership" and product design and development dimensions including "appearance design", "technology design", "quality design", "functional design" and "how to sell and market" in a model and then using equation modeling Structurally approves it and, based on graph theory, proposes a framework for measurement between several partners and examines it in an example in the aerospace industry.
