طراحی مدل جمع سپاری فراکتالی به کمک تکنیک ارزیابی اثرات سریع و مدل چهار سطحی کانونی

چکیده

حل مسائل از طریق جمع‌سپاری یکی از رویکردهای مهم است. با این وجود افزایش پیچیدگی بر مشکلات تصمیم‌گیری در جمع‌سپاری افزوده و کمتر به آن توجه شده است. هدف این پژوهش ارائه مدل جمع‌سپاری‌فراکتالی برای سامانه‌های‌پیچیده است. پژوهش حاضر کمّی، کاربردی، مقطعی و از نوع پژوهش اکتشافی است. قلمرو‌مکانی این پژوهش مدیران و کارکنان22 کسب‌و‌کار فعال جمع‌سپاری در کشور ایران و قلمرو‌زمانی، دوره شش‌ماهه با کمک نمونه‌گیری‌هدفمند، 7 نفربه عنوان نمونه بوده است. ابزار جمع‌آوری‌داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌بسته(با روایی ظاهری و محتوایی براساس نظرات‌خبرگان؛ ضریب اعتبار با روش آلفای‌کرونباخ قابل-قبول715/0 و حساسیت‌کلی قابل‌قبول95/0)است. به منظور اولویت‌بندی مولفه‌ها در مقابل شاخص‌ها از روش‌ماتریس‌ارزیابی‌اثرات‌سریع سپس مدل‌چهار‌سطحی-کانونی و سایر روش‌های ارئه‌دهنده روابط به منظور ارائه مدل استفاده شد. در نهایت به منظور قطعی‌سازی نوع روبط در این سطح از روش‌ادغامی‌رتبه‌بندی‌جزئی با کمک نرم‌افزار اکسل و متلب(R2018a) استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که مدل‌جمع‌سپاری‌فراکتالی برای ایجاد حداقل صفرکارایی دارای هشت‌خوشه اولویت‌بندی می‌باشد. هم‌چنین کسب‌و‌کارها می‌بایست به اثرات مهم استفاده از فناوری‌اطلاعات به عنوان مهمترین اولویت‌ دردنیای پیچیده و دارای روابط‌آشوب‌گون توجه داشته باشند. علاوه بر این پویایی، خودسازمانی، ظهور و جذب اثر معنی‌دار‌مثبتی در فناوری‌اطلاعات دارند که سامانه‌ها در کاربست جمع‌سپاری بایستی به آن توجه نمایند.

چکیده [English]

In recent years, solving problems through crowdsourcing is one of the approaches that has been considered by many organizations. The purpose of this study is to present a model in order to CS in the case of complex organizations with many components, by considering the fractal rules. The present study is quantitative, practical, cross -sectional and type of exploratory research.
The statistical population of this study is managers and employees of active businesses in the field of CS in Iran, with the help of purposeful sampling (judgment) were selected seven people as a sample. The data collection tool is a closed questionnaire (with apparent validity and content based on the opinions of experts; Credit coefficient with Cronbach”s alpha method is acceptable at 0.715 and acceptable overall sensitivity is 0.950), in order to prioritize the components against the Indicators of the RIAM method, then from the FFLM to provide the model, and also in order to re-validate The internal relations of the level focal model, The methods of relationship provider(model); Finally in order to determine the type of connection of the model components at this level, a partial ranking method was used with the help of excel and Matlab (R2018 a) software.
The findings show that the fractal CS model has eight priority clusters to create at least zero efficiency. Also,
