Abstract
The aim of the present study is to identify the dimensions and components of the university's Role-playing in the industries with different learning modes. This study is applied, using the document analysis method and the meta-synthesis approach. Accordingly, from 150 studies in the field of university-industry relations and industrial learning modes, 40 final articles were selected and finally 2 categories, 8 concepts and 36 codes for the university's role in industries were identified. by analyzing the codes and matching them with the characteristics of learning modes and categorizing the codes, it was determined that knowledge development and promotion, first-time construction (technology prototype), technology proof, commercialization and Dissemination knowledge in industries with the STI learning mode and the construction knowledge acquisition and promotion, human resource supply and design knowledge acquisition and promotion in industries with the DUI learning mode are university's Role-playing. Based on the presented model, it was determined that the tools for universities to play a role in industries differ based on their dominant learning modes. As a result, national and sectoral programs to promote university-industry cooperation should be formulated in such a way that different paths of cooperation with industries are designed and implemented by universities, in accordance with the dominant type of learning mode of industries.
