تحلیل ترکیب تیم‌های کارآفرین در نوآفرین‌ها با استفاده از روش فراترکیب

چکیده

از آنجا که تیم‌های کارآفرین یکی از ارکان اصلی موفقیت در نوآفرین‌ها هستند، انجام تحلیلی جامع جهت شناخت عوامل ترکیب تیم کارآفرین برای کمک به شناخت ترکیب‌ مناسب تیم ها دراکو سیستم نوآفرینی کشور لازم و ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. بنابراین این پژوهش با هدف ارائه تحلیلی جامع برای ترکیب تیم‌های کارآفرین در نوآفرین‌ها انجام شده است و با استفاده از مرورنظام مند و روش تحقیق کاربردی و توصیفی فراترکیب با استخراج 58 عنوان مقاله از پژوهش‌های منتشر شده در پایگاه‌های مختلف علمی بین سال‌های 1990 تا 2019 در زمینه ترکیب تیم‌های کارآفرین در نوآفرین‌ها، تحلیل جامعی برای ترکیب این تیم‌ها ارائه داده است. نتایج این تحلیل شامل 4 مقوله اصلی، 10 مفهوم و 36 کد است که چهار مقوله اصلی عبارتست از: همگنی- ناهمگنی ویژگی‌های اعضای تیم، ویژگی‌های جمعی اعضای تیم، ساختار تیم و جابجایی اعضای تیم. نتایج این پژوهش دلالت‌هایی برای ذینفعان و فعالان اکوسیستم نوآفرینی در ایران به ویژه در زمینه ارزیابی تیم‌های موفق توسط سرمایه گذاران خطرپذیر دارد. علاوه بر این تیم‌های نوآفرین نیز می‌توانند از یافته‌های این پژوهش برای تشکیل ترکیب مناسب تیم‌های خود استفاده کنند

چکیده [English]

As entrepreneurial teams are one of the main factors of success in startups, providing a comprehensive analyzing to identify the factors of entrepreneurial team composition to know the right composition of teams in startups ecosystem is necessary. The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive analyzing of entrepreneurial team composition in start-ups. This research has done with a systematic review and Meta-synthesizes method and excluded 58 articles published in various scientific research between "1990-2019" about entrepreneurial team composition in startups and comparing with the previous model, provide a comprehensive analyzing for entrepreneurial team’s composition. This model includes 4 main factors, 10 concepts and, 34 codes, which main factrors are the heterogeneity of member characteristics, aggregated member characteristics, team structure, and turnover of team members. The results of this study are of significant use for stakeholders and activists of the startups ecosystem in Iran, especially in the field of evaluation of successful teams, as far as venture capitalists can use the analyzing result obtained in this study to understand the important factors affecting the success of start-ups in the world and take these factors into account in evaluating the composition of teams and increase their chance of investment.In addition, innovative teams can use the factors of this research as a basis for forming their teams.
