This research aims to elucidate the indigenous model of technological innovation by analyzing the lived experience of the knowledge-based company "Behyaar Sanat". Adopting a qualitative case study approach, data from semi-structured interviews and documents were analyzed using thematic analysis. Findings indicate that environmental constraints, specifically sanctions, led to a paradigm shift from conventional "outward-looking innovation" to an "endogenous and mission-oriented" model. In this ecosystem, innovation drivers possess a "reverse trend" compared to classical literature. Indicators like "patent registrations", "scientific publications", and "short-term return on investment", prioritized in common models, have here given way to "knowledge sharing to solve national problems" and "prioritizing strategic imperatives". Additionally, analysis identified six emerging factors related to technological innovation: "mission-oriented logic and strategic selection of projects beyond existing knowledge", "trust-based governance", "technology deepening strategy", "innovation regime based on acceptance of failure", "problem-oriented interdisciplinary learning", and "committed human capital". Ultimately, technological innovation in this paradigm is not a commercial choice for market share, but an "existential necessity" for independence, aiming to enhance resilience and achieve strategic immunity.
